The Process:
- Pre-Treat: Our pre-treatment involves a 5 stage process, ensuring optimal results.
- Drying: An industrial-sized furnace thoroughly dries every item.
- Powder Coat: Nordson Color Max Booth with 12 auto guns and 2 manual stations.
- Oven: The drying system heats to 400 degrees and makes 3 passes.
